Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
I was in the entertainment industry for more than 20 years. I was an agent at the esteemed WME agency and felt that I needed to make a change, but I was concerned that I would lose my identity and myself. I realized that change is both complex and transformative. In my journey to becoming a licensed therapist, I learned to confront my fears and use my experience to support my clients in navigating their transformations.

THERAPY
Perhaps you're down or anxious - maybe you're unsure about the future of a relationship, or just feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to lead. Whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer support. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, and in my sessions, I promote behavioral transformation by encouraging a positive outlook and the adoption of new attitudes and reactions. I have the tools and professional experience to help you get back on track.

GROUP DISCUSSION
Im thrilled to announce a bi-monthly group for anyone who experiences challenges with their bodies. In our closed group we will explore the forces that make us feel inadequate about our bodies that lead us to disordered eating, binging, purging, body dysmorphia, over-exercise, and feelings of shame and inadequacy. Groups are limited to 6 clients for a 6-week cycle. I understand the value of community and exploring together what it is that we really want, love, value, community, and how our behaviors, such as rumination and compulsions about our body distract us from what we really want. In our group we will explore choice, and what matters outside of food, body, and behaviors.
$40.00 per person.
MY BODY RULES
OUR WEEKLY THERAPY GROUP WILL HELP YOU DEVELOP MOTIVATION, PATIENCE, AND HOPE! This is a group for the multi-gendered LGBTQ community who have questions about body image issues. If you are struggling with thoughts of inadequacy and/or body dissatisfaction, this is the group for you. We will discuss how the roles of media, culture, society, stigma, and aging affect our self-image. Learn to understand and accept yourself so you can live the life you want to live!
